Jesse Cantrill has over 30 years of experience as a compensation consultant at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co (now KPMG) in New York, Hay Associates in Washington, DC, and in private practice. Jesse received the MBA degree in Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the MSc degree in Organizational Behaviour from Birkbeck College of the University of London.

Michelle Moyer is an experienced human resource professional who has worked on the staff of Unisys and the American Trucking Associations. She has 18 years of experience as a consultant preparing affirmative action plans, analyzing compensation data, and developing salary programs for clients. Michelle earned the MBA degree at Virginia Tech.
